Estimates & Pricing
Our estimates use real-time regional pricing data and a multi-assembly cost engine. Accuracy improves as you add more details — a fully configured estimate is typically within 10-15% of actual costs.
Yes! Save your estimate to your account, then go to Dashboard → Estimates → Edit. You can adjust quantities, swap materials, and see how changes affect the price in real-time.
Working with Contractors
All contractors on ModuBlox are verified through license checks, insurance verification, and background screening. We also collect and display reviews from past clients.
Absolutely. Once you finalize your estimate, you can request quotes from matched contractors and compare them side-by-side on your dashboard.
Payments & Billing
Payment is milestone-based. You only pay when specific project milestones are completed and verified. This protects both homeowners and contractors.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. For larger projects, you can also pay via wire transfer.
